All of our plumbers are licensed to work in the states they serve. They are qualified to work on residential, strata, real estate and commercial buildings. Most states require at least $5 million in public liability insurance as part of licensing. In addition, Queensland requires a minimum of $50,000 of consumer protection insurance. We meet or exceed insurance requirements to protect our customers, employees and property.

We believe in fair pricing and up-front quotes so that you know what the job entails and what the charges are. When you call us, we quote the call-out fee.

After our plumbers reach your home or business and evaluate the work to be done, they will give a detailed quote for labour and materials. We also include GST in the quote. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. All costs are provided to you before work begins. If you have questions, the service crew will explain each component of the charges so that you understand the fees.

The flat rate call-out fee is one of the lowest in Australia. It provides peace of mind, giving our customers the certainty that the amount required to complete the job will not escalate into budget-breaking sums.

Rewards Program and Discounts

We have a rewards program that offers discounts to repeat customers, those who follow us on social media and those who recommend us to new customers.

Our Facebook pages offer advice, discuss safety issues, answer questions and provide information about new products and technology. You can also let us know how we did by providing reviews and ratings of our services.

If you decide to use us again, we offer discounts on service for loyal customers. The more you use our services, the deeper the discount. Ask about discounts through one of our social media platforms or as you schedule service.

Our warranties and guarantees begin from the moment you call us. We guarantee arrival of our plumbers within one hour of dispatch. If they arrive late, we deduct $50 from your bill. We are so sure of the quality of our labour that we provide a 10-year workmanship guarantee. In addition, we provide a 12-month warranty on parts.

One of the most frustrating things for a customer is waiting for the plumber to arrive – especially when it’s an emergency. We understand that your time is valuable. That is why we offer a one-hour arrival guarantee. We strive to arrive between 30 and 60 minutes after you call us.

If we arrive after more than one hour, we refund $50 from any paid invoice. This guarantee is valid 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When you contact us, we will ask about the problem. If it can be rectified without a visit to your home or business, we will provide information and advice that will allow you to solve the problem by yourself and without charges.
